The ALG team at headquarters is composed in full of unpaid Trustees and volunteers who devote their time and resources to our Charity at their own expense. We pledge to transfer the entirety of funds raised directly to our children, net of 3rd party administrative costs, which should represent at least 95p per pound received applied locally. Our cost structure is limited to minimal costs derived by bank transfers, event admin related fees and exchange rate fluctuations. No rental, communications, IT or travel costs at headquarters of any kind are supported by the Charity. Any such costs have been generously supported by the Trustees and UK volunteers, at their personal expense.
